WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration
The WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin allows you to manage your Parcelforce and Royal Mail shipping consignments directly from the WooCommerce dashboard. This includes creating/cancelling consignments and printing shipping labels in bulk.
You’ll also be able to see all the consignments and labels that you generate from within the Click & Drop system.
Prerequisites
For the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin to work, you’ll need OBA or OLP credentials and access to the Royal Mail Click & Drop system.
Before utilising the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin you should create an account on the Royal Mail Click & Drop platform.
If you have OBA credentials (in that you’re being invoiced by Royal Mail / Parcelforce) be sure to select Yes when asked if you’re invoiced by Royal Mail.
- Set up a Click & Drop account.
- Purchase and install the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin.
- Login to your Click & Drop account and navigate “Settings > Integrations”
- Select “Click & Drop API”
- Setup the plugin using the test credentials provided.
- Enter the new credentials into the plugin settings.
- You’re all set.
Installation
After purchasing the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin, you can download the plugin files and copy your license key directly from the Order Confirmation page.
You should also receive an email containing your license key and a link to download the plugin. If you don’t receive an email please get in touch with us.
- Download the plugin.
- Go to your WordPress admin, then go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Click Choose File, select the woocommerce-parcelforce-integration.zip file you just downloaded and click Install Now.
- Once uploaded, click Activate.

Enter your License Key
To receive plugin updates and support you need to activate your license key on your WordPress site. Once you’ve activated the plugin:
- Navigate to Plugins from the WordPress admin dashboard.
- Find WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration in the list of plugins installed on your website.
- Click License settings below the plugins name.
- Enter your license key in the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration License Key field.
- Click Activate to validate and store the key.
