The WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin allows you to manage your Parcelforce shipping consignments direct from the WooCommerce dashboard. This includes creating/cancelling consignments and printing shipping labels in bulk.

You’ll also be able to see all the consignments and labels that you generate from within the Parcelforce WDMO system.

Prerequisites

Before utilising the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin you should reach out to your Parcelforce account manager and let them know that you’re looking to integrate with the WDMO system from WooCommerce. You’re more than welcome to use the template below.

Hope you’re having an awesome week.

We’re looking to integrate our Parcelforce WDMO account with WooCommerce and was wondering if you could create an ExpressLink account for us.

Your account manager should then talk you through the process involved with using their ExpressLink system. Essentially the process is:

1. Parcelforce will create a “test” account for you.
2. You’ll receive two emails containing the ExpressLink credentials you’ll need to set up the plugin.
3. Purchase and Install the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin.
4. Setup the plugin using the test credentials provided.
5. Print a test label and send it to the Parcelforce specified address.
6. Parcelforce will verify the label quality and give you a new WDMO account with ExpressLink enabled.
7. Enter the new ExpressLink credentials into the plugin settings.
8. You’re all set.

Installation

After purchasing the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin, you can download the plugin files and copy your license key directly from the Order Confirmation page.

You should also receive an email containing your license key and a link to download the plugin. If you don’t receive an email please get in touch with us.

1. Download the plugin.
2. Go to your WordPress admin, then go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Click Choose File, select the woocommerce-parcelforce-integration.zip file you just downloaded and click Install Now.
4. Once uploaded, click Activate.

Enter your License Key

To receive plugin updates and support you need to activate your license key on your WordPress site. Once you’ve activated the plugin:

1. Navigate to Plugins from the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Find WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration in the list of plugins installed on your website.
3. Click Premium Support below the plugins name.
4. Enter your license key in the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration License Key field.
5. Click Save Changes to validate and store the key.
