WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration


After completing the prerequisites found in the Getting Started guide you’ll be ready to set up the WooCommerce Parcelforce plugins settings.


Finding the Settings Screen

The quickest way to get to the settings entry screen for the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin is via the Digital Duck menu item.

  1. From the WordPress Admin Dashboard
  2. Find Digital Duck item located in the main menu (black sidebar)
  3. Hover your mouse over the menu item.
  4. Click Shipping Label Settings from the items that are revealed.
  5. Click the Parcelforce / Royal Mail tab.

Settings Options

From the settings screen, you’ll see a number of fields to complete.

Accounts: is the overacrhing group of settings, you can have multiple accounts, allowing you to connect both Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Nicename: is the name shown when you need to select an account. It should be memerable, so you can recognise it as the correct account.

Account Type:  Is the type of account you’re using OBA, is most likely for Parcelforce, while Royal Mail could be either OBA or OLP.

API Key: is key generated from within the Click & Drop portal.

Generating an API Key

You can generate an API key from within the Click & Drop portal.

  • Login to Click & Drop
  • Click Settings from the top right of the screen.
  • Click Integrations
  • Click Add New Integration
  • Select Click & Drop API
  • Follow the steps and copy the API key once you reach the end of the process.
