Step 1
Chat & Discuss
Every good web development partnership starts with a good plan. We’ll have a chat through email, live chat or a Zoom call.
This will provide the perfect opportunity to get to know our agency, and gauge if we’ll be a good match for each other. Feel free to let us know any projects or tasks you need doing; or just ask questions and test us.
Step 2
Submit a request
Leave a new task on our project management system. (We use ClickUp)
We’ll then provide a time-estimate or ask any follow-up questions we need answered to give the most accurate response. This gives you the opportunity to return to your client with your marked-up quote and get sign-off.
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 3
Development
Once we get the go ahead it’s time to code.
Whether it’s site maintenance, support work, creating bespoke features or building a whole site from scratch, we can do it all. With over 10-years of WordPress development expertise you’re in great hands.
Step 4
Review and Sign-off
We’ll hand over the new code and provide a guide on how to use the newly added benefits.
If it’s not quite right let us know and we’ll tweak it until it is. We pride ourselves on our work and rarely need longer than the originally quoted time.
