WooCommerce FedEx Integration
The WooCommerce FedEx Integration plugin allows you to manage your FedEx shipping consignments directly from the WooCommerce dashboard. This includes creating/cancelling consignments and printing shipping labels in bulk.
You’ll also be able to see all the consignments and labels that you generate from within the FedEx Shipping Portal.
Prerequisites
Before utilising the WooCommerce FedEx Integration plugin you should reach out to your FedEx account manager and let them know that you’re looking to integrate with WooCommerce using their API.
Your account manager should then talk you through the process involved with using their developer portal.
Setting up a FedEx Organisation
- Login to your FedEx account at developer.fedex.com/ using the same details for the regular FedEx portal.
- It will walk you through creating an organisation. Which includes adding billing information and selecting your FedEx account to link with the developer organisation.
Creating a FedEx Project
- From within the developer portal, click “My Projects” in the left hand menu.
- Select “Ships with FedEx and needs to integrate FedEx APIs into their system” from the dropdown and click “Next”
- Click “Create API Project”
- Select “Ship, Rate & other APIs”
- Check “Ship API” and click “Next“
- Give the project a name, and select “United Kingdom” from the dropdown. The click “Next”
- Confrim the T&Cs and click “Create”
- You’ll be redirected to an API Overview screen with your Test Key details.
- Setup the plugin using the test credentials provided.
- Enter the new credentials into the plugin settings.
- You’re all set.
Installation
After purchasing the WooCommerce FedEx Integration plugin, you can download the plugin files and copy your license key directly from the Order Confirmation page.
You should also receive an email containing your license key and a link to download the plugin. If you don’t receive an email please get in touch with us.
- Download the plugin.
- Go to your WordPress admin, then go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Click Choose File, select the woocommerce-fedex-integration.zip file you just downloaded and click Install Now.
- Once uploaded, click Activate.

Enter your License Key
To receive plugin updates and support you need to activate your license key on your WordPress site. Once you’ve activated the plugin:
- Navigate to Plugins from the WordPress admin dashboard.
- Find WooCommerce FedEx Integration in the list of plugins installed on your website.
- Click License settings below the plugins name.
- Enter your license key in the WooCommerce FedEx Integration License Key field.
- Click Activate to validate and store the key.
