This plugin was recommended to me to go with my Parcelforce account and I can’t fault the service I have received. The plugin itself is easy to use once it is set up with your Parcelforce account. For UK orders, the speed of processing orders and printing shipping labels is superb. I personally had some issues when going live and Toby the developer literally helped me find the solution to my problem on a Sunday morning over the chat box. Saved my bacon! I can’t fault the support and response speed from the Digital Duck team with this plugin and willingness to help and further develop it. Highly recommended.

We purchased the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin as we use Parcelforce to send international orders, and were finding manually copying and pasting customer details from WooCommerce to Parcelforce extremely time-consuming and laborious.

The plugin has been an absolute godsend to our business, as it now takes only a few clicks to generate a Parcelforce label for a WooCommerce order, and has massively reduced the time we spend dispatching orders.

The support from Digital Duck is second to none. They reply extremely quickly to emails and go above and beyond what would be expected from a support perspective. The plugin is extremely well coded and very lightweight, so doesn’t effect site load time at all.

I would highly recommend this plugin if you are using Parcelforce, it very quickly pays for itself in time saved. You do need to get expressLink credentials from Parcelforce to use the plugin, but this is an easy and quick process which your Parcelforce account manager can help with.

Can I use this plugin to handle international shipments?

Yes, we support most Parcelforce, and Royal Mail international services.

Can I bulk create Parcelforce/Royal Mail Labels?

Yes, for domestic Parcelforce/Royal Mail consignments you can select multiple orders from the WooCommerce dashboard and generate a label for each in a single run.

For international shipments it’s not possible to bulk generate labels due to the more specific information required; however it’s always nice to not have to copy and paste customer addresses between systems.

Do I need a Parcelforce/Royal Mail account?

Yes, for Parcelforce you’ll need a Parcelforce OBA account. For Royal Mail you’ll need either an Royal Mail OBA account or an OLP account.

OLP accounts are limited, in that the labels can’t be printed through the plugin, however it does allow pushing specific orders/address to the Click & Drop system, along with the settings. Basically, you’d just need to go into Click & Drop, pay for the labels, and print them.

What are the on-going costs?

Unlike other Parcelforce/Royal Mail integrations, we don’t charge anything aside from the yearly cost of our plugin or if you opt for a lifetime license it works out as a one-time cost. You’ll still need to pay Parcelforce/Royal Mail for your labels.
