Learn how to install, and set up the WooCommerce Parcelforce plugin on your WordPress website.
After completing the prerequisites found in the Getting Started guide you’ll be ready to set up the WooCommerce Parcelforce plugins settings.
The quickest way to get to the settings entry screen for the WooCommerce Parcelforce Integration plugin is via the Digital Duck menu item.
From the settings screen, you’ll see a number of fields to complete.
Integration Status is whether you’re using your ExpressLink test credentials or your live ones.
Username is your ExpressLink username, found in the Parcelforce email sent by your account manager.
Password is your ExpressLink password, found in the Parcelforce email sent by your account manager.
Department ID is your ExpressLink department ID, found in the Parcelforce email sent by your account manager.
Contract Number is your ExpressLink contract number found in the Parcelforce email sent by your account manager.
Add tracking numbers to order notes. This is the setting that determines if an email is sent to your customer containing their tracking numbers. When it’s unchecked your customer will not be sent their tracking numbers. While it is checked your customer will be sent their tracking numbers.
