Printing consignment labels

Once you’ve created your consignments, you’ll be able to print the shipping labels associated with them.

You can do this immediately after creating the consignments or by using the manage consignments panel.

Bulk Printing Parcelforce Labels

You can bulk print the shipping labels associated with your Parcelforce consignments by:

1. From the WordPress Admin Dashboard
2. Find WooCommerce item located in the main menu (black sidebar)
3. Hover your mouse over the menu item.
4. Click Orders from the items that are revealed.
5. Select the orders you’d like to print shipping labels for. Using the checkbox on the left of each order.
6. From the bulk actions dropdown select Parcelforce – Manage Labels
7. Click Apply

The Manage consignments panel will then open showing you all the consignments associated with the orders you selected.  You can then print the labels for each consignment individually or use the “Print all labels” button.

Printing individual Parcelforce Labels

You can also print the Parcelforce shipping labels from the order detail screen by:

1. From the WordPress Admin Dashboard
2. Find WooCommerce item located in the main menu (black sidebar)
3. Hover your mouse over the menu item.
4. Click Orders from the items that are revealed.
5. Click on the order id for the order you’d like to create a consignment for. (to view the full order details).
6. In the right column, you’ll now see a box labelled “Parcelforce Consignments”
7. If the order has consignments you can then click “Manage Consignments” to view all the consignments associated with this order.
8. Click the “Print Labels” button on the consignment you’d like the label for, or “Print all labels” to print the labels for all the consignments associated with this order.
